GETTING OVER IT

Let's be honest. Everyone needs a good cry every now and then. My mood always determines what music I decide to listen to. I've got a few songs for you that are great to cry to. That way you can listen, cry, and move the hell on. You can thank me later.

| Poison and Wine - The Civil Wars
(the song is sad, but the video is even more intense)

| White Horse - Taylor Swift
(this is probably the best break-up song she ever wrote)

| Miserable at Best - Mayday Parade
(Even the title screams cry to me)

| Home - Michael Buble
(I have never ever listened to this song without crying)

| Me vs Maradona vs Elvis - Brand New
(Just listen to the lyrics of this song. They are heartbreaking)

Now that I've given you some of my need a good cry songs, please give me some of yours! I know I'm not the only one that uses music as therapy. And if by some chance I am, then remember that I sacrificed my happiness to write you all this post. So go google sad songs or something and get back to me.

If you liked this post.. Buzzfeed did a similar thing here.

  1. Ah I LOVE THIS. I have a lot of songs to cry to but can't think of them off the top of my head...of course. I cannot go without listening to Dido's "Kind and Generous" or Evanescence's "My Immortal" without bawling my eyes out.
